A a meeting to organise general rules of play, where the following teams were represented- Boroodara, St. Kilda, Williamstown, Melbourne, Richmond, University, Scotch College, Sth Yarra & Collingwood, it was decided that 300 copies of 'The Victorian Football Rules' should be distributed amongst the various clubs & a copy sent to the Geelong club.
